When you inquire with me about your date, I'll get back to you by email within 48 hours. I'll ask a few questions to get a good idea of what your wedding vision is, then we can continue chatting via email or set up a phone call.

This comes with a delivery of my exclusive online wedding guide (as well as a little coffee treat in the mail!) to help you plan and prep (and caffeinate!) for things as best you possibly can!

ENGAGEMENT SESSION
This is considered a practice run for the wedding day! I'll teach you everything you need to know about posing and being in front of the camera so you're comfortable and genuine in your photos!

by the numbers
Do you shoot digital or film?
I shoot digital with Canon professional camera bodies and lenses. I edit in a bright, classic style to give you true-to-life colors and timeless images.
Do you travel for engagement shoots?
I am happy to travel for engagement shoots! I actually love it when my couples ask me to photograph them in a location that means something special to them! I typically book engagement sessions at least two months in advance and all of my collections include at least 30+ miles of travel.
How many images do you deliver?
I average 75-100 final, edited images per hour that I’m shooting. I love delivering my client’s files quickly and easily via an online gallery system. You will have the ability to print, share, and download your images.
HOW MUCH TIME DO WE NEED?
Coverage includes 8 hours and that is a perfect amount of time for most weddings! There are some circumstances that call for additional coverage time (extra large bridal parties or two locations with a lot of travel time between, for example), and when we are finalizing your wedding day photography timeline, we’ll have a great idea of whether or not additional time is necessary.
What is your shooting style?
I love being both interactive and discreet throughout the wedding day. There will be parts of the wedding day when I will need to be in control in order to accomplish everything that needs to be done while staying on schedule. There will also be moments when you shouldn’t even know that I’m there. I teach my couples how to pose and interact during your engagement session so you are naturals on your wedding day and don’t need quite as much instruction from me!
how can we reserve our date?
Once I have answered any questions you may have and you have decided that my Wedding Experience is exactly what you’re looking for, the next step is a booking proposal. I will create an online proposal that will walk you through the steps and, when you’re ready, you can save your date by choosing your collection, signing your contract, and paying your retainer online.
what if we don't want a first look?
First Looks are my favorite thing to photograph and, while most couples choose them to alleviate stress, spend most of their wedding day together, and get all formal groupings of photos taken before the ceremony (fresh hair & makeup!), I understand not every couple wants to share a First Look. You are never required to do so and I work with all my couples to create a timeline custom to your day, factoring in the time of sunset and a flow that will give you the most amount of photos with the least amount of time gaps.
